PAUL JOHN BAYFIELD
Weatherquest forecaster James Wilby talks us through the weather forecast for Latitude 2017 in Henham Park, near Southwold, throughout today (Saturday, July 15).
9am to Midday
Mostly dry with sunny intervals, with areas of cloud. Temperature: It should be 20C (68F) by midday.
Midday to 3pm
Chance of light showers spreading from the west. There might only be a 40% chance of a few light showers in the early afternoon. Temperature: 21C (69.8F).
3pm to 6pm
Staying cloudy, with a chance of some showers at first. By the time we get through to 5pm or 6pm, it should become sunnier, and the risk of showers should have come down. Temperature: 21C (69.8F).
6pm until midnight
The cloud should break up and through the evening there should be bright intervals, and it should stay dry. Temperature: 20C (68F) at the start, which should fall away to about 16C (60.8F) by the end of the evening.
Mr Wilby added: “The evening will probably be the best part of the day. In the afternoon, you should probably take your umbrella, but it is not a soaking rain situation. It should just be light showers.”
