Mercury Music Prize winner Talvin Singh will be among artists sharing work with visitors to a creative lodge near Woodbridge this April.

Old Jet, which provides a working environment for creative professionals in an old US Air Force building at Bentwaters Parks, hosts its first ‘PowWow’ on Saturday, April 29.

As well as a performance by Talvin Singh OBE, surf photographer Tim Nunn will discuss his work. There will be live screen printing and illustration by Off The Press Collective and Joel Millerchip. Pop-up galleries will exhibit work by surface pattern designer Anna Mac, illustrator and designer Brie Harrison, and photographer Nick Ilott. The Old Jet bar will be open and Woodbridge’s Fire Station café will be selling hot food.

Meanwhile, Old Jet’s first monthly film club screens David Fincher’s Zodiac on Thursday, April 27. A yard sale is also planned at the venue on May 6. Learn more at
